I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Abilene, Texas, with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and I'm dedicated to providing compassionate client-centered care. 

I began my academic journey at Hardin-Simmons University, where I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology in 2004. My commitment in mental health led me to pursue advanced education, completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in 2017.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, utilizing evidenced based practices to support emotional wellness and personal growth. My approach integrates empathy, active listening, and tailored therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
